The beautiful Ramadhan month is just around the corner, and I am truly grateful that I have already been invited to a number of Ramadhan dinner tasting session to sample the best traditional Malay specialties of each restaurant.
Come celebrate the Ramadhan month at the award-winning Cinnamon Coffee House renowned for its wide array of glorious traditional Malay specialties.
Embark on a culinary journey savoring perennial Ramadhan favorites and taste of mom’s home-cooked recipes such as Ayam Percik, Daging Bakar Ayam Assam, Rendang Daging Tok, Ikan Patin Masak Lemak Linggi, Kupang Masak Berlado served at the live cooking stations and show kitchens while offerings from the four corners of the world as well as delectable Malaysia kuih and deserts prepared al-la minute will leave you asking for more!

The best of Malaysia is found at the award-winning Cinnamon Coffee House this Ramadhan as an abundance of traditional Ramadhan favourites, signature Chinese dishes, and delectable Indian temptations as well as stalls featuring Malaysian delicacies are showcased nightly.
With a diverse menu of over 100 dishes offered with the theme of Citarasa 1 Malaysia, have an unforgettable feast for the eyes as well as the palate.

Firstly, the sweet and extremely FRESH shellfishes!

Everyone was enjoying the fresh oysters on their plates. The texture of the oysters was firm and gooey while the sweet briny taste of it made the shellfish irresistibly succulent!

Eight rotation menus have been prepared by our brigade of chefs. Some of the notable dishes served include pucuk ubi gulai tempoyak, rendang daging rembau, kambing kari teluk gong, udang sambal petai muar, nasi briyani gam Johor, ayam masak palembang, ekor lembu masak asam pedas merah, kambing kuzi cek dah, masak lemak telur itik terung telunjuk, aneka panggang, ketam goreng berlada pontian, siput sedut masak lemak cili padi, asam pedas kepala ikan Melaka, ayam kari kapitan nyonya, paru paru bergoreng lada, gulai tulang rawan Kuala Selangor and much more!

Pandan layered cake has always been my favorite ever since I was a little girl.

And also not-to-be-missed home recipes of bubur lambuk, nasi kandar berlauk, pulut kuning berlauk, mee bandung, laksa Kedah, and nasi ulam also awaits at the chef’s daily specialty counter while the roasted whole lamb with briyani rice and a variety of sauces is available daily at the carving stall. Watch the chefs in action, as they prepare apam balik, fried ice-cream, pisang goreng, cempedak goreng and sukun goreng at the interactive kitchens.
